Only in New Hampshire does the defense have a recognized legal right to mention jury nullification in a trial. It took many years for this to happen. This year, there is a bill in NH to force the judge to bring it up. I'm not sure if it will pass but it is a good idea to push the issue. It took years for NH to become the 1st state to allow the defense to bring the issue up without problems and it may take years to make the judge bring it up, but let's start now!

Might as well push the issue ;)

Here is the email to send the entire NH House committee on this issue an email!
