I hope Brannon's people are putting some TV ads together. Tillis is already winning the name recognition war in this area, based on some polling by local media.

Takes a lot of money to air a tv ad. I'm hoping Brannon could land some interviews on major news networks to up his name recognition, but mostly to drive donations so he can blanket the state with ads.

How much of a discount do they give to establishment candidates?

He said something about making the largest grassroots army NC has ever seen. He could burn up his money on ads real quick, or spend it on flyers and pamphlets. I hope he gets enough volunteers to deliver them all door to door.

Somewhat related, I just looked at Kay Hagan's website. The only other candidate mentioned on her page is Thom Tillis.

Is it because Tillis is the one Hagan wants in the general?

Of course. It would be easier to win against Tillis, and her establishment masters want it to be the choice between two "chosen" candidates.

Yet her site says this:

What’s Greg Brannon’s plan for Social Security? He wants to end the guarantee of Social Security by privatizing the program, which will leave seniors at the mercy of volatile shifts in the stock market.
