Hey guys, lets get some input...new ideas...improvements and mods to the idea.

The idea being a media bomb. We give ron paul money with money bombs, lets get him media attention with a media bomb.

the great thing about a media bomb is EVERYONE can donate! All it takes is an email addresss and a telephone and a few minutes of time.

We set up a website for pledgers (of course) find all of the MSM email addresses and phone numbers and post them with Mailto links and just post them on the website.

Then designate Dec. 15th (the day before the money bomb, obviously) as the media bomb. Then on dec. 15th, all of the pledgers and hopefully EVERY Ron Paul supporter will send an email to ALL of the Main Stream Media outlets.

Then on Dec. 15, everyone floods their inboxes and their telephones with a universal message in the subject line like "From -SENDER NAME-, i want to hear more Ron Paul." Then have everyone write a short email that is unique to every user. Tell everyone to send it personally from their REAL email address so if they get a reply they can verify they are a real person and not a spambot. encourage EVERYONE to watch their email and respond to any replies. Encourage everyone to keep the emails professional and polite. Simply asking for more Ron Paul.

Hopefully with a flooding of mass emails and phone calls, they will report on it, and the report would come the day before, or the day of the mass donation day!!

Let me know if you can help me set this up! thank you.

My idea is to have a media bomb in person, not an email campaign. Pick a day and have supporters show up, with positive Ron Paul signs and messages, in front of every local media outlet across the country.

Nothing negative, just show the media everywhere on a single day that Paul's support is 50-state wide, OFFLINE as well as online, and maybe they haven't given him the attention his support deserves.

Nothing vindictive, just Paul supporters out en masse showing their strength in front of media outlets everywhere.

We can show our strength by making our voices heard over email. It is direct and they can ignore it but they can also ignore us outside, and that is much harder to organize, takes much more time and money and energy away from the issue of gaining votes, delegates and winning primaries. This is quick, easy, and costs nothing.

I just sent a bunch :)

Be sure to sign them! IT ISNT SPAM IF YOU SIGN IT

what do you mean sign it?

I am also talking about phone calls. I agree though, that emails and phonecalls are much simpler. I would rather have 100,000 people emailing and phone calling than 1,000 show up in person. Plus the supporters can email and call as many news sites as they wish

Same here! Im getting better at it, but i really would like to get the website up ASAP! I dont have time to research how to do it, and then the time it would take a noob to set it up. I'm hoping someone will work with me to design it and send me the html/xhtml whatever files. Maybe in exchange for a headline link to their own page?

Sounds like a decent idea. They will definitely pay attention to Dec. 16 then. By then we should have a blimp and an not to mention 10+ mil in donations. ;)
It will be an amazing day.

December 15th, Bill of Rights Day, should be a protest day, to protest the usurpation of the Bill of Rights. If protests are scheduled for early enough in the day (say, midday-2pm), then coverage can be shown on prime time TV, in the lead up to teaparty the next day, which would obviously get a mention.

If you could work your media-bomb around that sort of schedule, it'd probably work out well.

I am more of favor of doing it in person. Nothing shocks the MSM more than 100's of people in front of their studio. Rival TV stations will pick up the story just to embarass the other, And Ron Paul's name gets out there.

We need to Divide them and Conquer them. The MSM is a powerful army arrayed against the best interests of the American people.

If you don't mind, prime the radio media on Friday the 14th. Call every talk show in your local market and hit the syndicated shows too. The blimp will be a newsworthy story, or work it into your call with Rush Limbaugh. Invite them to attend the tea party on Sunday! ;)

All good ideas and better yet if they are all carried out simultaneously.

WTTK 96.9 is a talk radio station out of Mass that also broadcasts in New Hampshire. It's got a republican, conservative slant to it. A lot of the hosts seem to be partial to Romney, but I'm confident that the audience would be more than happy to hear Ron Paul's message.

How about getting some radio ads on in this market?

Or at least we can call in and talk about Ron Paul: 1 800 969-TALK
