Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel upped the anti with Afghan President Hamid Karzai Sunday morning, threatening to pull all U.S. troops out of Afghanistan if a security deal (http://www.thefiscaltimes.com/Articles/2013/12/03/Afghan-Quagmire-Could-Hold-US-Troops-Well-Past-2014) is not agreed to soon.
Hagel made these comments while visiting Afghanistan. He expected to meet with Karzai, but the Afghan president unexpectedly left to meet with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.
