This entire situation is a gigantic powder keg.

Every incident between a Cop and a Mundane occurs, a spark goes off. Every new oppressive law thats rubber stamped by a Congress that doesnt even read the bills they sign into law, a spark goes off. We keep looking at the cops like they're the problem. No, just shreds of the shrapnel that will come flying our way. Congress isnt the root of the problem, but they are laying fuses to ignite the powder keg all over the place. Our real problem is the powder keg itself. If that fucker blows, there will be no place on earth safe from the damage it will cause. One possible solution is to figure out exactly what is inside this ticking time bomb and figure out based on what is in it, how to disarm it. I've taken a quick peek and have seen Money, Tension, and Greed from what I could make out so far.

How do we disarm it before the whole thing explodes?
