The results are not surprising but still make me angry. Considering the nature of the few questions he did get to answer, this debate seems like a total sham.

These are the amount of questions each candidate participated in:
Ron Paul: 6 (minus McCains hit job, only 5 questions actually asked of him)
Rudy Giuliani: 12
Mitt Romney: 12
Mike Huckabee: 8
Fred Thompson: 10
Tim Tancredo: 7
John McCain: 10
Duncan Hunter: 9

Duncan Hunter?! Seriously?

and that's only on the first part of the debate. There was a huge chunk of time in the second hour where Ron didn't get to speak at all.

Not just that, but they kept letting Giuliani ramble on and on long after his time limit was up.

I think they should give everyone 1 minute to answer, instead of 30 seconds, but strictly enforce it by cutting their mic if they abuse the time limit.

I kind of got the perception that paul was only getting 30 seconds to answer his questions while others were getting 90. Anyone else get that idea?

I did at first, but it appears the first "answerer" for a question got 90 seconds and all those who followed were only allowed 30.

But, many just kept talking, McCain gets wound up and to the point after his time is up, for instance.

The time limit thing has been a problem in EVERY debate. They need a moderator with some friggin balls up there, but they put pushover Anderson Cooper who just says "time" as quiet as a mouse. No one listened but Paul, and the one or two times Paul himself tried to go over the limit, Cooper decided to actually run the thing and cut him off. What a prick.
