He's playing with a loaded deck there. He says concentration camps but slips in Parks and Campgrounds. People are ignorant and don't listen..that's true, but this isn't his best attempt at showing that.

Yeah, in some cases he starts with state parks (might with most, don't know because it starts their part with the signing) and then says "concentration camp(s)" after they are signing.

He's all, "Woah, that's illegal" at the person on the scooter whizzing by, maybe he thinks they belong in a state "concentration camp".

Please explain.

He doesn't believe in the ideas that he is suggesting that he does. He plays Devils Advocate. Occasionally revealed at the end of videos, but not always.

He sets people up, to get the reaction he's looking for. Yeah, sometimes he finds someone ignorant of the issue he is pushing, but a lot of times they are confused at his changing the rhetoric in the middle, or end, of the conversation (like in the video, after they start signing then he mentions "concentration camps").

edit: He would fit right in as a used car salesman, changing all the terms at the signing. (NOTE: Not all used car salesmen are shysters, only one copy per customer, no purchase necessary, good while supplies last, copyright (c) 2013 whoever said it first.)
