Lol. We use to have low flies over the homestead in VA. Day and night. Spooked livestock and rattled the windows. I figured I'd just call the closest air stations and complain. The Air Force Tinamous said it must be the Navy Aviators and the Navy Aviators said it must be the Air Force Tinamous. "We'll get back to you" was their credo.
