It would be better to send Mike Huckabee to Mars as it would raise the average IQ of both Earth and Mars.

Ron Paul got misquoted as saying that quote on CNN.COM. I believe there still is another misquote about Ron Paul as well saying we didn't have the money to go to Mars.

I've responded to both misquotes.

Huck has no political ideology. Sure he is a religious person (so am I), but he thinks he can use that to dupe the American public into voting for him.

Ministers are good at telling jokes. I've gone to church for most of my life and every Sunday service has at least a few good jokes. Many people like them, and somehow see truth in these jokes that make religion feel more real to them.

These people have been trained throughout their lives to trust and go along with the minister who tells. jokes. This is one of the aspects of Sunday service I like least. I think the jokes insult my intelligence and that I am capable of understanding Christ without this low level pandering (plus I detest modern Christian music).

Huckabee will be brought down. He is politically corrupt. The ethics violations in Arkansas alone should be enough to bring him down. However, I don' have faith in the American public to see through his charming veneer - we are a nation of dumb sheep.
