Every US President since "Woody" has been a puppet. A couple before the inception of the Fed have been as well. In US History, weve had THREE Central Banks, the first two were killed, but the last one has been around for 100 years.

Some people might say Obama did a good thing with Obamacare, NDAA, Patriot Act, and the plethora of other things that MSM continues to spin as "good".

Good and Bad is Subjective and depends greatly on ones perspective.

Is he the "worst"? Matter of opinion and matter or perspective. If we look at it from the Debt Perspective, yeah, he's probably the worst. How about Social Services? Again, perspective. If a person has benefitted from a Social Service Program pushed by Obama, they might consider that to be "Good". But flip the coin, and did that same Social Program screw someone else over personally? That person would consider Obama to be "Bad".

In all honesty, I think it makes very little difference where he ranks. It doesnt stop the Titanic that is the USA from sinking. Congress has a lot more to do with the goings-on of Presidential Popularity. Obamacare was mostly written by the Lobbyists who pretty much own Congress, not Obama himself. He just rubber stamps a lot of this shit through. Gun Control? Take a look at Dianne Feinstein. Not totally Obama, but he sure as shit will rubber stamp it through. Debt Default because Obama and Congress cant agree on the Budget? Dog and Pony show between the BOTH of them.

Im not trying to defend Obama by any means. Nor am I trying to place ALL the blame on him and him alone. For every Failed President, there is an often forgotten about fucked up Congress making everyone in Govt look bad.

It is not what we should be focused on. Not who is the worst, or how we rank them, but more importantly, how do we return to our core values with Freedom and Liberty for ALL as a Constitutional Republic without totally destroying ourselves in the process? Once we understand how dire this situation is, where Obama ranks as far as Bad or Worst we find to be less than important.
