The FBI seized my property on 2007-Sep-07. I would like to recover my property at this time, except for the firearms and ammunition. I am a prohibited possessor, and I do not wish to possess the prohibited items. I would like to arrange for the prohibited items to be sold through a dealer, pursuant to the agreement the DOJ made with me in my case. I will research firearms dealers, and the prohibited items can be transferred directly to a dealer for sale.

Please reply via email.

You will need to contact the Tucson to recover the property you would like back. The phone number is 520-623-4306, the hours of business is 8:30a – 4:30p.
Thank you

I called Tucson FBI at that phone number, and they promised to get back to me about my property, but they were being untruthful, and they didn't get back to me. The phone call was on 2013-Nov-19, and here is proof:

So I want to file criminal charges against Tucson FBI for stealing my property, and obviously I can't expect Tucson FBI to arrest themselves, so I have to go up the chain of command. How can I file a formal complaint? Who should I contact? They stole a lot of stuff from me, so they committed a serious felony. I do not assume you have integrity, but if you do, I look forward to working with you to bring the Tucson FBI to justice.

Hi, I live in Tucson, and I am a victim of serious crime committed by FBI employees here. In 2007, they searched my home and seized some of my property. Subsequently I was convicted of a crime, and I served my sentence. Now I am entitled to get my property back, but the FBI is refusing to return it. Here is a copy of my email exchange with them:

They have no legal right to keep my property. What they are doing is stealing. Please investigate this and report about it? Thank you...

You will need to contact them again, leave a message if necessary and wait for the return call. FBI PHOENIX / DUTY OFFICER

I don't need to contact them again about this. On 2013-Nov-18, I encountered two FBI agents in person in Tucson and told them I want my property; they said they would get back to me, and I gave them my email address so they could do so. On 2013-Nov-19, I spoke with Tucson FBI on the phone, as I described in my previous email to Phoenix FBI. So I've contacted Tucson FBI enough times about this, and additional delay would be unreasonable; and the question is what actions, if any, you will take to hold them accountable for their evident misconduct.

I understand that the DOJ has a history of giving guns to people in Mexico. Maybe the DOJ no longer has possession of my property, in which case the plea agreement I signed will be void, and I won't be a felon anymore, and I'll be allowed to start possessing guns again.

You've been notified of the Tucson FBI's criminal activity. If you want to prosecute them, you're just doing your job, and that's what we pay you for. If you want to act as their accomplices, we go from there.

I have studied law, and I'm certified to practice law in federal court and the appeals court; but the media is allowing the courts to act as accomplices, and I still have the right to defend myself -- in fact, it would be illegal to let government employees get away with violating the constitution.

First find a court that won't dismiss any non-standard argument out of hand, then demand a jury trial.

what where your charges ?

Nothing that would excuse the crime committed by FBI personnel here.

It's the first thread about it, shill. Or did you mean it's the sixth thread in which someone has asked me what my charges are, and you've responded abstrusely or inanely? More like the hundredth.

Sometimes the benefit of the doubt works. You and I had our go-around. Based on what happened, I speculated that you beat the crap out of somebody and then were on them again. I'm guessing now it was just some words and a bunch of scared rabbits. Words are harmless in my book, but what do I know.

Either way, I hope they screw it up and it voids your paperwork. I know the feeling of boiling blood, but I would not even waste on time on them. They're too no good to be worth anything. I know that's easier said than done and maybe sounds like a cliche. You might not give a crap what I have to say, but I wish you well anyway.

Did you try following up about your stuff? Or did you just call once?
