OT: can someone PM right now who can resize a jpg for me

can someone resize that for me. reduce the width so its 400 pixels wide (of course, height will also be reduced)..

And pm me a link so I can retrieve it. need to post it on a chipin, but my graphics program is not on my current computer..

that looks a little 'compressed too much', can you resize it and keep compression at 0.

meaning, highest quality as possible?

Do Banner ads really need a line on who is sponsoring? I was reading the FEC rules and small stickers and buttons dont. To me a banner is the same size....

oh, I just put that sponsoring just in case the banner was used outside the page it sits in... BUT, that can be removed...
