The articles of impeachment lay out four charges against Mr. Holder:

1. Refusal to comply with a subpoena issued by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on October 12, 2011, seeking information and documents regarding Operation Fast and Furious. This is a violation of 2 U.S.C. 192.

2. Failure to enforce multiple laws, including the Defense of Marriage Act, the Controlled Substances Act, and the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986. This is a violation of the oath Mr. Holder swore to "well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office" of Attorney General.

3. Refusal to prosecute the IRS officials involved in the targeting and disclosure of tax records belonging to political donors. This is a violation of the oath Mr. Holder swore to "well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office" of Attorney General.

4. False testimony under oath before Congress on May 15, 2013, about the Justice Department investigation of journalist James Rosen. This is a violation of 18 U.S.C. 1621.

Good. A scofflaw has no business holding that office, or any other office or position in government for that matter. Even an elected dogcatcher ought to be impeached for far less.

No chance of hope in the house. NOT going to convict in Senate. If it could be done it would be done against Obama. Still, good to be on record.

Actually, should have already been started against Obama; now that proof of his lies. He had the ability to stay under the radar, but I believe now facts are proven he intentionally lied. I've worked within the prison system, and saw many hundreds imprisoned for 10 to 15, for far less infractions than that flim flam man who lives in the White House.

Part of the reason for impeachment is not enforcing the Controlled Substances Act?? Not so sure about that part..

It might help Republicans in strongly GOP districts but is bad for the GOP overall and especially bad for Republican incumbents or challengers in swing districts. Hopefully, this either passes with 300+ votes or isn't even voted on at all.

The assassination of Americans (not to mention humanity, in general) aside, not kicking in medical marijuana doors is it.

Impeach his ass, try him for war crimes or at the least, treason.

Oh, that isn't the plan?.. or even an option?

Justice has become a laughable concept.

Maybe he cares more about getting good people elected in 2014 than Massie does? Maybe he has better campaign staff?
