LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) A 10-year-old boy could face charges in juvenile court for charging $800 to his grandmother's credit card to play the online building game Minecraft.
The boy's 74-year-old grandmother filed a report Wednesday about the charges to her card after her bank contacted her about suspicious activity on her account.
Officer Katie Flood, Lincoln Police Department,*said the bank told the woman they would cancel the charges once she completed a police report.
Police have referred the boy to the Lancaster County Attorney's Office on suspicion of felony theft.
