I never really listened to him previously but he sounds normal to me. I can tell he's been to jail by the way his "free" speech is chilled, if that's what you mean.

That, plus he spent a fair amount of time early in the conversation talking about how others in there are in much worse situations. And there are a large percentage of people in there with mental health problems, not excluding the ones with the keys.

Cool, Adam talks about how it is about "Punishment" not justice, and how the victim of a crime ends up, through taxes, funding the punishment of their attacker.

I have always thought that the true justice would somewhat compensate the victim, by making the guilty pay them back. What sense does it make to lock a person up who stole from someone, and the person stole from then get taxed to house the thief, instead of the thief having to work to pay back what they stole, perhaps even at some multiple. Assault victims could have a semi-slave (the guilty assailant) to help them through their suffering by working for them some period of time, etc...

Or just make one that is his part of the interview? Both, some people won't listen to all of it, but might listen to the parts that pertain to a particular topic.

Too bad he was cut off, he was really rolling along...getting into the "being who you are, being happy with that, and sharing that example..." instead of "getting even with your oppressors".

I listened to this a couple of days ago and as I was listening I was thinking that this has got to be the clearest and most passionate explanation of why the state is a racket that has ever been broadcast to such a large audience.

Adam will likely emerge from this something greater than he went into it as. Whats the deal with his defense? I mean, one day he was walking out of jail (after the smoke down) and the next day he has felony charges. Adam is being targeted, there is no doubt about that in my mind, and their targeting you usually means you are doing something right
