This doesn't surprise me. They always seem to 'drill' for something at the same time the real world event is occurring, or the real world situation occurs shortly following the training exercise. This is typical of false flags.

Part of me wonders why anyone would keep doing this since it's often cited as a pattern. Maybe sometimes they lie about the training in an attempt to say they were anticipating it. (and thus pumping how they are anticipating threats for everyone... keeping them safe... smarter than anyone who didn't anticipate it...)
