That test is nonsense. They don't need to learn how to violate people's rights.

Here's an idea, make every cop on the force take a meaningful test. Train them all on the Constitution and then test them on it. This should be easier for the veterans than the recruits so there is no need for any bitching. Every cop get a day with pay just to test.

living here and now having the comfort of knowing that all the cops attend the same "academy" really does explain much of what happens here....
