Branstad is a chameleon, he'll side with anyone that brings him money, he'll flip/flop to any ideology, as long as it has money. I caught him on C-SPAN once and he sounded more like a big government establishment liberal, then a small government conservative. He's an establishment Fascist politician that just happens to be on the right side of the scale measurement.
