Hopefully this guy will help in realizing that social-conservatism isn't what will shift black voters over to the repbulcian party, Libertarianism is that bridge that can unite us by them realizing a system that targets them and doesn't help the poor, but only keeps them in poverty.

This sounds like another step toward making Rand the "acceptable face" of Republicanism to black and other minority voters. It may not affect the primaries, but if Rand can make it to the general election in 2016, this could pay huge and unexpected dividends.

I'm new to this forum, from Florida, black, and a millennial and you best believe that Rand should do everything he can in his power towards establishing Libertarianism or his brand of Libertarianism toward blacks and minorities. The main objective should be reshaping the perception of the Republican party by throwing in pieces of Libertarianism toward the mix. It's good that he's starting now so that by 2016 the primaries could shift Rand more toward a bigger lead and if he makes it to the General, he will hopefully gain the more black and minority votes from a Republican nominee in a while. Let's see where this goes...
