The Obama’s Department of Agriculture sent a letter to states apparently ordering them to cut off food stamps for Americans by November 1, pending further notice — even as foreign aid continues to flow.

This administration is psychotic. So, they're not going to end the SNAP program because it's the right thing to do (due to the fact that it's unconstitutional and will save the U.S. money); rather, the administration is ordering it to shut down until Obama can get all of his fiscal demands pushed through Congress?
