I listened to the entire interview and still never heard Rand say how he's going to vote on the Senate deal.

What does he think about the "deal"?

Re: his vote - doesn't it only matter insofar as it could be used against him in the 2016 GOP debates (re: by either a rhino if he votes against or right-wing-tea-partier if he votes in favor)?

Yes, it will kill his chances to win the votes of conservatives/tea partiers if he votes in favor of this. Cruz will get all of the conservative votes.
