His family says "His death was not a political act or statement, but the result of his long battle with mental illness,"

While his neighbor says ""He was very friendly and showed no signs of depression... He did not want to talk about politics because the government did not care about us"

I'm very suspicious about how little news reporting has been done about this. It kind of reminds me of this guy - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jan_Palach

Stupid headline is stupid. It doesn't sound like he "railed against America" to me. It sounds more like he was railing against the Ruling Class for destroying America.

Neighbor says man who set himself on fire at National Mall had railed against America
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/mental-illness-made-man-burn-national-mall-family-article-1.1479401#ixzz2hBEM3QaZ

The New Jersey man who died after setting himself ablaze on the National Mall in Washington had railed against the government and told a neighbor “America is falling apart.”

John Constantino “didn’t like the government for some reason,” neighbor Joe Horner told The Daily News.

“He said they were a waste of time, effort and money,” Horner, 56, said. “He said to me, ‘They’re no good. They don’t look out for us and they don’t care about anything but their own pockets.’”

h/t: THE PRESS RELEASE IS A LIE. HIS NEIGHBORS SAY HE WAS NOT MENTALLY ILL. HE DID RAIL AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT. THIS WAS A POLITICAL STATEMENT.

Burning yourself alive as a statement means you are mentally ill. Everybody wins!

Not me. There's nothing at all suspicious about the ignoring of things like this. These weapons of mass distraction we call media here don't want to touch it with a ten foot pole considering that the last guy who did it started a world revolution.

Alternative media gets it done though.

Why the Media Ignores Self Immolations....

Good.

Hey, don't forget this too. Something else we don't hear from these weapons of mass distraction or our prospective representatives. I'd surely love to hear what their position is on this technology as well as it's application on the concerned citizen who excercises his freedom to assemble. I mean, cripes. We have to have at least one elected representative with a background in science, you'd think. But mums the word from them if we do because I see none of them speak on behalf of the people who seem to be on the other end of it. The less than lethal" land mines and the microwave skin melter is a hoot.

I'll also share the video. Nice to see a good looking TV woman who is not a bimbo.

Yep. Darn shame we have elected representatives and media giants calling the police on her the way they did and then having the DC police interrogate her like a common terrorist for using her press credentials to ask tough questions they didn't want to hear since she didn't tow the mainstream line.

Of course, small set backs like that only help us to ask ourselves what we can do better, I suppose. Which may make us who question more very dangerous to the establishment. And I'm certain that they know it. Otherwise they wouldn't resort to such tyranny when met with the tough question.

Glad you share the discussion with others.

This is sort of a side note, but I've been on TV a couple of times. No big deal; just local stuff.

One time was when the Berlin Wall fell and they were selling the rocks. I gave my opinion and I think the reporter had no idea what I was talking about. Well, they still put it on TV.

I would think that the situation with the way some can fire up the fake money presses and loot the working man may be at the root of a lot of these problems.

I would suspect that about 99% of the people effected don't even know what's causing their grief. That in itself could add to the problem.

Maybe if they knew they could deal with it.

Rest In Peace John Constantino.

It's pacifism on a level that I cannot relate to but can understand.
