I was at my kids school waiting for one to get done with tutoring. I tried to hit RPF off the WiFi. No dice. It was censored by iPrism as "political forum." DailyPaul was okay. It seems to be a format thing. DailyKos gets through, but Democratic Underground gets censored for the same reason. Redstate gets through. Anyway, for all the "hate" on the DailyPaul format (which I personally like), it seems to be less likely to be filtered at least by iPrism (which obviously sucks). Oh, and FWIW this is a private Christian school.

They probably can't allow anything political or else the IRS will kick down their doors and shoot their dogs. Don't tell them about dailypaul, though, you can tell them about DailyKos.

Good on you for sending your kids to a private school. Sounds like the software is an equal opportunity discriminator.

The site is probably black listed for liberal use of "free speech". There are "bots" that will scan content and build black lists or rankings based on certain scores.

I dont frequent DP, so I dont know if they use harsh language there.

They have a guru there named Nystrom. He talks of love. It's sooo inspirational.

If it's anything like the "security" they have on the computers at my kids' school, the kids all bypass it anyway.

If you post a curse word on the DP, it won't remove it, but it will change its text color to match the background.

This must be the work of Michael Nystrom. To get around the filter, try https://www.ronpaulforums.com/ (notice the https instead of the standard http).
