Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives, Timothy W. Jones, has always been a reliable voice for limited government. It was not until today, though, that I realized he may very well be a liberty candidate. He has an "A" rating from the ACU, an organization that measures conservatism. He "likes" two liberty-centered pages on Facebook, "OperationDefuse.com" and "Liberty Candidates 2011". Lastly, he is good friends with Rep. Paul Curtman, the only Missouri representative to endorse Ron Paul in 2012. He appointed Curtman as chairman of the committe on downsizing state government. Jones has all but announced his intentions to run for Missouri Attorney General in 2016. Liberal incumbent Attorney General Chris Koster will not be seeking re-election in order to run for Governor. Another GOP candidate running for Attorney General is State Senator Kurt Schaefer. This guy hates liberty and is the biggest RINO in the entire Missouri Senate. He believes doctors should be forced to provide all types of care, including abortions. He also feels that the citizens of Missouri should have little to no say over who our judges are. Jay Nixon is no better than us! Jones sounds likes he may be one of us. We need to make sure he wins the primary against his RINO opponent. http://www.scribd.com/mobile/doc/126331975http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/952/5asi.jpg

Jim Guest was a MO state Rep. who endorsed in 2007. He formed Legislators Against Real ID around 2005. He introduced Ron Paul in Des Moines in June (IIRC) 2007, at the event where he rented a room next door to the "candidates forum" that snubbed him.
