Billionaire philanthropist George Soros (http://www.nydailynews.com/topics/George+Soros) is getting hitched for the third time.
The 82-year-old mogul announced his engagement to girlfriend Tamiko Bolton, 40, while celebrating his birthday with a small group of VIPs at his Southampton mansion on Saturday, friends told Reuters.
Soros met Bolton, who runs an Internet yoga business, at a Manhattan lunch in 2008 and proposed during a romantic weekend in the Hamptons a few weeks ago.
Soros has been married twice before — his most recent divorce was in 2005 — while Bolton was married once in the 1990s.
Bolton has an MBA from the University of Miami and also once ran a web-based vitamin and supplement biz.
The financier's last May-December romance ended poorly after the former Brazilian soap star he was seeing sued him for $50 million last August.
Adriana Ferreyr, who dated Soros for five years, claimed he promised to buy her a $1.9 million Upper East Side apartment, but then reneged and bought it for himself when things between them went sour.
