Michigan is in a weird predictament right now because the national GOP has stripped them of half their delegates and most of the Democrats aren't even the ballot. Michigan just recently went to court to decide if they would even have a primary; they were going to cancel the primary and choose the nominee at a state GOP convention.

Maybe that's why Jesse didn't mention them.

all of the primaries before feb 5 have lost delegates - even NH...
