There isn't a link yet it is just pure text. Give it some time, he'll get one soon enough.

A reason why I do not go to drudge report. Every now and then they will put up some headline in big bold letters or post up a picture and have no story about it whatsoever.

Perfect timing with Rons record fundraising.

Edit: I am guessing it means Rudys campaign is broke.

"Expense Report - A business expense report would have the travel details and expenses incurred by the employee while on travel – employee paid expenses, company paid expenses, detailed descriptions, employee details, type of business trip, etc." http://www.expensable.com/glossary/Expense-Management.htm

Just because a topic is interesting, doesn't mean it has to be posted in the Grassroots.

I understand what you are saying. This could be big news though.

The thread could always be moved later.

I don't look at Drudge very often... Is this like lead in cue to a new story?

While you're on Drudge, be sure to read the article on the right side about 'former governor tries to distance himself...'. There's some powerful ammo in that article against Huckabee that seriously put in question his ethics.

Any update on this?

I read in visits to Southeastern New Hampshire his campaign stays at the The Wentworth by the Sea Hotel and Spa. That costs. Could be they are spending too much everywhere.

My guess is that it isn't going to be so much about cash on hand as to where he is spending the money. I'm sure Rudy is sparing no expense and his living the high life off the donors. I'm sure the same story could be written about O! and Hill but Rudy seems to be the lucky one today.

Private jets, nice hotels, limos, expensive meals are probably the topic. Just a guess but a great story for Paul fans nonetheless.

Taxpayers Financed Giuliani's Extramarital Affair
"As New York mayor, Rudy Giuliani billed obscure city agencies for tens of thousands of dollars in security expenses amassed during the time when he was beginning an extramarital relationship with future wife Judith Nathan in the Hamptons," according to documents obtained by The Politico.

The documents "show that the mayoral costs had nothing to do with the functions of the little-known city offices that defrayed his tabs, including agencies responsible for regulating loft apartments, aiding the disabled and providing lawyers for indigent defendants. At the time, the mayor’s office refused to explain the accounting to city auditors, citing 'security.'"

Wow it only took them 2 1/2 hours to write a story!

Again I show why I do not go to drudge for news.

I would pay to see Sean Hannity's face right now. Of course I'm sure he will talk about this as a smear campaign against one of the nation's brightest political thinkers.

Drudge didn't write the story. He probably got a tip from sources in the Politico that the story was about to hit. Drudge trusting the source put up a headline to have the scoop and direct people to Politico.com when they released the story.

Now we see if it has legs.
