The full extent of the N.S.A.’s decoding capabilities is known only to a limited group of top analysts from the so-called Five Eyes: the N.S.A. and its counterparts in Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Actually they are the same battle. The first battle of Bull Run and the First battle of Manassas are the same battle. The North named it Bull Run because they liked naming battles on things like rivers and landmarks. The South named battle on human features i.e. Manassas Junction.
