I guess the term is embargo Kinda like the opposite of what we did with Cuba.

This would be the best non violent strategic action that could be taken to tame the United States!

I've had extensive discussions with Bruce Fein and others on this subject.

It is effectively up to the President to declare it an act of war, but Congress would (should) have to agree.
