I was checking out the a MSM article on the Syria situation and when I got down to the comments I saw the top comment getting upvotes says this:

US stay out of Syria

Short and simple and nearly everyone agrees. At this moment his YES votes are 1452 and his NO votes are 94.

Good to see. I hope the number keeps climbing. That is the real will of the American people.

The real will of the people was against TARP also. But when it comes to the interests of the banks and military contractors, the will of the people is irrelevant.

It is true that those in power will often do what they want, regardless of the voters they supposedly represent, but there is still something positive here.

People do have power and its good to know that most Americans disagree with the interventionist leaders.

Boy those 104 must be some real assholes.

The kind that would make good drone pilots, no risk to themselves.

ive been keeping score over at huffpo too regarding rands criticism of the syria invasion and the results in the comments are similar. i'd guess 90% against invasion-about 70% AGREE (reluctantly) with rand. every time someone says 'this is the only thing i agree with rand on' i love pointing out how they must love drone murders, NDAA, pot criminalization, NSA wiretapping etc. and i seem to be getting more thumbs up than most.
this whole issue is testing the libs principles....you can see the confusion in the comments. i am enjoying this.

I'm kind of surprised that spooks aren't filling up the comment sections with bots to push their agenda.

This is why I think that poll from yesterday was rigged. The one that was consistently 67% opposed and 23% in favor or something like that.
