I will repeat what I said im my meetup group.

Hope this is pleasing to all of us for the Holidays

This is the final draft. Remember, I am an amateur. Me and Ernie kept brain storming to come up with something neutral. Sorry for those who wanted Santa and stuff. . I came to realize just how divisive tha fat bastard can be....haha I haven't took the red pill so I think he's cool. Anyway hope you like it.

Ernies going to have these printed by the same people who made the Ron Paul we the people collage flier. The back will stay the same but this will be the front. Who wouldn't want one of these on their car window come Christmas?

I got my head bit off for putting Happy holidays on it. So I put Merry Christmas on it and got my head bit off by the other croud. I put a Santa in there and they bit my head off again because it was the "commercial" Santa. Then we decided on spread the love with love backwards and Ernie said it look like spread the evil....lol.... he may be right on that one.

At first I was in sort of disbelief at all the flak I was getting but now I'm glad I did do this because I learned something. You see I grew up with the commercial Santa and all that junk and just don't take "Christmas" as serious as others do.

Now I know that every word on something like this will be scutinized. I see that things that I may not perceive as a big deal have great meaning in others and I will try to be more careful in the future!

Poor 4409. I gave you a hard time, too. But see, the result is great!

Stayed up late working on this...
Do you think it needs mistletoe?

No, it needs a big fat santa smack dab in the middle, delivering freedom to every little boy and girl.

Seriously.

It's late...I need sleep and I have to try to sort out in my brain why SO many people bash other peoples hard work.

Ugh.

PS - Nice work here. I like it.

.

I'm not the only one that thought that was badly worded.

This is the Christmas holiday season, and as a Christian, when I see "spread the Word" I think gospel, not someones political campaign. Other Christians have posted similar mis-givings. Most people are not going to think Ron Paul is the reason for the season, and this will look a little vain. Also, we have had one apparent atheist cussing in support of, which makes me think this isn't so hot.

My bad Bryan. My apologies BeFranklin.

I know we're on the same team. Opinions will be deferred.

Edit: I guess the apology didn't mean anything, see below.

But still, if this can generate this much heat among supporters, I think it will do the same in real life.

I remember the 1988 campaign, it was the first one I voted in. Back then, Ron Paul or the Libertarian party was always being cast as a cult. And some of the media has been playing it that way recently. So beyond the fact that as a Christian, I don't want to go down that road, I think its good to avoid the implications. During the holiday season, you might want your candidate associated with it, but you don't want him to be the reason for the season.

Ron Paul is about love and spreading his word. Not sure that sounds that great. Might be more specific.

Apologies accepted, and sorry I reacted in kind the third message or so down.

And while I cannot disagree with your points...or your point of view;

My suggestion is simple:

Create your own ad.

That's all I'm saying. Leave his alone.
