Survival Doc (the videographer) and Mark M. are arrested for not obeying an officer and Mark was also charged with resisting arrest. Did he resist arrest? You be the judge. Oh, and they never read us our Miranda Rights. We spent 24 hours in the St. Charles Count Jail with Missouri Hwy Trooper Jenkins acting as judge, jury and executioner. (Note: I am the videographer of this video and the activist who was arrested wearing the yellow t-shirt. I faced worse in the 2012 county caucus. They pulled 4 local PD's plus the HP and a chopper to take care of us that time.

Exactly. Especially with the budget constraints the departments are facing these days, they can't afford to pay for the extra bandwidth most of the time to stream their Netflix shows, much less run the programs to properly keep us safe from our freedoms. Glad to see they headed this off, before it escalated.

things like this just make me want to go back to sleep. This is literally right in my backyard. I live in St. Charles County as well and have been on the recieving end of these types of actions myself. Granted, I cave anytime jail is concerned but just seeing the state overstep it's bounds like this in my county makes me want to just close my eyes and not get out of bed.

Yeah, I don't mean to sound naive because I know your answer is correct. You try to use logic that any reasonable person can see is correct, and you still get jacked around. I tell you that I am really getting sick and tired of this.

Thanks for standing up for something. I wish I could tell you something positive. The only helpful organization that I can think of right now is the Rutherford Institute. They often take cases close to home in Virginia, but it still might be worth a try to contact them. I once talked with one of their attorneys and know they have a lot going on, but a letter to them might be worth a try.

Good for you guys, and hope you keep plugging away.
