As angry as people on here get at cops and as much as they hate them, its seems like we would be seeing some posts about a member doing something to try and stop it. Until then.....

Myself included though. I have too much to loose to take on the system. The only way it will change is when the majority of people have had enough or perhaps a collapse might resolve the issue. A collapse though will probably only make matters worse.

Organize militias.

the real difficulty is determining when intervention is appropriate. You would really have to know a lot about the situation, usually such info is only available after he fact.

The only safe way I can see to intervene would be if someone was getting the Rodney treatment. Then it's pretty clear that intervention to save that persons life is justified.

That doesn't come to address being in the right place at the right time. Like the poster above me said it won't happen til we have a majority fed up with being abused by the costumed thugs.

The most logical approach is setting up local courts of justice in which to try members of the "Just-Us" department...

Was thinking the same thing.

Political agitation,
by the passions it arouses or the convictions it engenders,
may in fact stimulate men to the violation of the law.
Detestation of existing policies is easily transformed into forcible resistance

of the authority which puts them in execution, and it would be folly to disregard the causal relation between the two.
Yet to assimilate agitation, legitimate as such, with direct incitement to violent resistance,
is to disregard the tolerance of all methods of political agitation which in normal times is a safeguard of free government.

I never lose hope...someone woke me up and you, obviously. To parrot the same line; "Boobus is too lazy and wimpy and spoiled" over and over means we just sit on our hands until our door is smashed opened and the boot is firmly pressed on our face?

Those lines really bother me because it sounds like some Baptist Preachers going around telling everyone just do nothing, the rapture will come and we'll be swooped up and all will be well.

The Overton window is slowly closing--the time to act is now!

I have lived in places in which a law enforcement officer would not "go up that holler." Then of course there are individuals such as John Joe Gray. Seems if anything is to be done it is to be done by individuals and the communities they live in.
