Com'on... you know Darrel Issa is in on all the trouble with Benghazi and Libya.

Issa routinely 'rubber-stamps' WAR expenditures and covert operations. He, Boehner, Cantor, and the klan of secret ops know exactly what's going on, they funded it. It's more 'Plausible Deniability'
