I have a friend and co-worker of sorts who is also an instructor at a local community college. The law requires employers to provide their full-time employees with health care benefits, so this community college prohibits many of their instructors from exceeding a certain number of hours (in order to become full-time) to teach additional classes, and instead hires on additional part-time instructors when a need arises in order to avoid being required to provide health benefits.

So Obama turned America into Canada?

I dont hear too much about Canada in the US news, but only know I've heard it has a Socialized Health Care system. Could you fill me in on what happened with Canada in regards to Jobs and Socialized Health Care?
