Yes. I love those. The 2nd one just gave me a pit at the bottom of my stomach. You know?

We also need one that shows his positions on major issues.

Wasn't an independent organization planning to run a commercial? I think this type would definitely be best. :)

Another good idea for a 60 second commercial: Paste together several clips from Dr. Paul's responses at the debates and from some recent speeches.

Remember, the majority of people in the US probably didn't watch the Republican debates. When people see and hear Dr. Paul's common sense answers, they be hooked.

We need raw video so we can make something suitable for a commercial. The quality of the video image itself is not good enough from Youtube.

Anyone happen to know what song is being played in the background of the first video?

If a group is serious about producing and broadcasting a real commercial, I am sure the material can be obtained in 640x480 or higher. The hardest (doubt it would be hard) would be to obtain permission from the FFF and Judge Napolitano to use his speech in such a commercial and permission from the Ron Paul campaign to use the images. The CNN Debate is good because it is completely Open Source with no restrictions.

There was one a while ago set to 80's style music that featured stills and the items from his voting record. It ran long, but could be trimmed. Content-wise it was probably the best of them all.

I like the Reagan one, but it needs some clarity. I actually have a script for a revised one, but I'm terrible with editing programs. Anybody who wants to edit and doesn't mind my direction, send me a private message.

I love them both, but the first one would make a great mainstream commercial.
