Well, the article says "Women rated power his most attractive quality. Second place was his occupation followed by intelligence, money and looks."

Power isn't attractive unless it's used in some positive way. Also, he's sucking pretty bad at his occupation, he obviously isn't making use of this intelligence he's said to have, and he's definitely not good looking.
