DallasNews.com just informed me that my letter may appear in the paper! They are waiting to confirm with Pete Sessions that this did in fact occur! WOOT! Here's the letter I wrote!

On Tuesday the 20th I went to a Republican club meeting in Addison. I got to
talk with Pete Sessions about politics in general, anyway the topic moved to
presidential candidates. He spoke highly of Rudy Giuliani and surprisingly
Ron Paul. His comments regarding Ron Paul were interesting as he stated that
Dr. Paul was a friend of his and he said Ron Paul is too pure for Politics.
He said The man never Panders to either party and only votes according to
his ideals. He went on to tell many of us that we could use more purity in
Politics. He also agreed with all of us that we would be better served by an
entire branch of Government based on Purity. Pete seemed to think that Ron
Paul as president would be a good thing for America and I agree with him.

Alabama Congressman.

Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) is a different one.

Pete Sessions is a Republican Congressman from the Dallas Area.

Well Congressman, while not that influential nationally, do have significant sway in their district. And although America hates Congress, both Ds and Rs, they mostly approve of "their" congressman.

Well the "Sessions" everyone knows is the Bama one. I may want to have his ass kicked out of the Senate, but he did fight the good fight against Amnesty and its NAU language.

Pete Sessions, Republican Congressman from Texas. He seemed like an ok guy, just not too bright.
