That is smack in the middle of the area where they did a bunch of atomic testing in the 50's. You can see the huge depressions left from the underground explosions.

Fascinating. And now I'm going to build one on my homestead.

That's not a pyramid. That's a Tetrahedron.

Pyramids, by definition, have a square base.

Well I am no math whiz , how do you figure volume on the isosceles thingy ?

Well I am no math whiz , how do you figure volume on the isosceles thingy ?

Since it comes to a point on top, it's still 1/3 * Area of Base * height.

If the length of a side is S, the volume is S^3 / sqrt(72)

What an idiot.

I have to admit... this had me going for awhile until I heard the 'air raid' siren in the background. They don't use that type as an attack warning anymore... it's now used as a weather siren. The new attack siren is... different ;)

Area 51 wasn't used for underground nuclear testing though they did test other weapons there which could have left craters depending on how big they were.

Well, he is correct though. That region was sectioned into 'areas' for atomic testing. While Area 51 itself may not have been used for atomic testing, the other 'areas' were. Also, it is important to note that whatever else they were/are doing at Area 51, they have burned a lot of toxic waste (stealth paint) since they tested all of the stealth aircraft there. In short, Area 51 is a giant toxic waste dump.

So they're not hiding everything from "us", they're hiding it from the EPA.....Well, that's not so bad in my book.:D

Pyramid is possibly a phased array radar site.

Missile Site Radar (right) and Intake / exhaust stacks for the Missile Site Power Plant (left).

Useful for tracking missile tests.

http://www.nuclearabms.info/Radars.html

The MSR was a 23m/25m (79ft) tall truncated, reinforced concrete pyramid, built on an underground reinforced concrete building some 68.5m (231ft) square. Each side of the pyramid sloped at a 35 degree angle with a 4m (13 ft) diameter radar antenna. The sloped sides combined with concrete walls some 1.3m (4ft) thick, had the ability to deflect and withstand a nuclear blast. It had up to four radar antenna, one on each side, which when all four were installed, allowed it to have a full 360 degree coverage. Each face of the radar had 5001 phase shifters which operated in the E/F bands and had a range of over 1126km (700 miles/300 miles???). The redundancy designed into this radar was such that maintenance could be performed on the systems while it was still fully operational.

The first prototype MSR became operational at Meck Island at Kwajalein in September 1968 to support missile testing of the Spartan and Sprint missiles. This particular MSR was different to the operational versions in that it only two radar faces rather than four. One faced north-west while the other faced north-east.

British site describes a three-sided phased array system: http://www.pastscape.org.uk/hob.aspx?hob_id=1309868

In recent years the original 'golfball' radars have been replaced by a solid-state phased-array radar (SSPAR). This radar consists of a three-sided truncated pyramid about 120 feet high. Each face is about 84ft across and contains an array of 2,560 transmit/receive modules each with a circularly-polarised 'Pawsey stub' antenna. The new radar has the same 3000 mile range as the old one and was declared operational on 1st October 1992.

US contractor Raytheon builds them.

Around fifteen years ago when I worked second shift, I would come home, get high, and listen to Coast to Coast AM for a couple of hours, usually while eating ridiculous amounts of fun-sized candy bars or cheez-its with easy cheese.

It was sad to see him go full neocon after 911. Their weekend guy seems to be quite ballsy. He even goes on Alex Jones.

The PYRAMID, by Les Brown (1978)

In addition to showing you how to build pyramids of all types, this book will also:

1. explore the source of pyramid energy;
2. discuss how that energy affects living cells;
3. look into the use of pyramids in food production;
4. discuss pyramids and food preservation;
5. discuss the many different uses of pyramids.
6. How to plan and execute an energizer to enliven any too-dormant part of your structure.

My Father was stationed at Area 51 for awhile but he never discussed anything about it outside of to say he was there. All I could ever get out of him was that we are not alone.How many of you read the book "the 12th planet" by Zacharia Sitchin?
This book tells us about ancient Sumerian texts, older than Genesis, describing how "the gods descended on clouds of fire". Imagine a primitive person seeing a rocket land, and then people step out and they can do the most amazing things, such as making fire in an instant (a match or a cigarette lighter), able to kill without weapons (they don't recognize a gun as a weapon).
So obviously our planet was visited by aliens whose technology was similar to ours today. That shows again in the story which was adopted into our bible: the ladder of Jacob. In the original text there was a ladder standing upright in a field and the gods climbed up and down that ladder, while the upper god was on top in a whirlwind. Imagine a primitive person when he sees a helicopter... By the way, the jews changed "gods" into "angels".
When processing all the data, we may assume that these visitors mixed their DNA with our primitive ancestors, thus creating the human race. Why? Because they needed slaves, and our ancestors were too primitive to obey to commands from them. They needed us to be more intelligent than we were, but not intelligent enough to revolt against them. Here we see "God created us after his own image".

So far for the book. Now here's what I thought:
Why should we assume that they left? They looked like us, so they could pass for humans. They probably gave themselves the highest jobs: kings and highpriests, so we really served as slaves for millions of years. And that changed recently...
Could that be the reason why they try to poison us with GMOs, aspartame, etc?

Call me crazy if you like, but I find this more credible than the biblical stories!
