I didn't even know about this one. We didn't even talk about it in the Ron Paul club, so those numbers are probably on the low side for Ron Paul.

Ay thats the thing i'm counting on -- all those Mitt Rom-nom-nom's are going to be too busy sleeping or watching TV or bathing in their own apathy while all of us 'lunatic obsessives' are voting!

This survey should be sent to all the news stations in Iowa as well as the MSM. I mean come on, they report on Rudy winning some online poll that we didn't even know about surely they'd report something like this. Then again Paul won this survey so I can gurantee you it won't make much headlines unfortuneatly.

They made sure to schedule the caucus before students return from the break. Of course I fully expect every Paul supporter to return in time.

Is that the first survey where we are above 20%?

Romney is fond of paying for hotels and using bus loads of kids from all over to volunteer for him and vote at straw polls. I am glad we have lots of local support.

Let's keep writing those e-mails to Iowa college students - it can only help increase the turnout.

The numbers are quite interesting if you project them to the entire Iowa student population. By my calculations using 150,000 as the total student population and assuming half the independents vote in the Republican Caucus, Ron Paul would receive about 8,000 student votes. If this pans out (and my math is correct), we may well be looking at a Top 3 finish.

Maybe we should try to get some MSM coverage for this. This isn't just some "hacked" text or online poll. And it's in Iowa.

Well, we won so it is encouraging! But how did Romney get 24%? Must be a lot more college aged neo-cons than I thought! The bible thumpers all voted for Huckabee so that explains his total. I hope a lot of college kids do go to the caucus! We need them to show up if we're going to win. Do they realize how big this election is in determining the future of this country? I sure hope so.

Mitt has been working the colleges long before Ron ever set foot in Iowa. We can help determine the outcome be sending e-mails to every college student in the state. We've sent out over 10,000 so far but we need more help to reach every student.

OMGoodness, that is so incredibly cool!!!!! I didn't even know they were doing a campus survey here. Please note, this is not a straw poll, this is an actual scientific survey that does not suffer from lack of random selection. Factor in the fact that our supporters are way more motivated to actually go to the polls, and you have a potential tide turning faction. Is this the first scientific survey that Ron Paul has actually won?

Great news, but what's so appealing about This Century's Nightmare that he's at 24%?
