I made this video months ago, and now it may be actually happening.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kgzfu_b6v44

On all news channels they are talking about a unity08 Kucinich/Paul white house

God not this... i hate all this third party crap. It makes it seem as if he has no chance and is "packing it in", which is the idea, obviously.

Kucinich wouldn't work.

He is a gun grabber and has too many socialist views.

I want someone that will uphold the constitution if something were to happen to Dr. Paul.

Yeah, they are trying to discredit Ron Paul by comparing him to Dennis, this is news?

If it were to happen I'd rather have Kucinich president and Ron Paul VP...

Hmm...how to word the reason without breaking some law about conspiracy to commit...

I think it's great. Let's come together guys.

Parties don't grow by being isolationist. Both Paul/Kucinich represent different sides of truly populist agendas. There is plenty in common.

Kucinich and Paul have co-authored various bills in the senate.

Let's embrace this if we don't win in the primaries.

Better yet. Let's win the primary!

I'd rather Paul just win the primary.

That said, I don't consider it impossible Ron Paul will run third party. I think if, God forbid, he loses the primary, he'll go back to his district in Texas and inevitably beat his primary challenger there. That's in March. So maybe after that he'll run third party. He's got the biggest obstacle for third party candidates, money, handled okay. And I think it was Rasmussen who had a poll out showing Paul at 8% as a third party candidate with Giuliani as the republican and Clinton as the democrat.

No Dennis Kucinich! I don't care for him as a small government conservative. I don't hate Kucinich the way neocons do, I think his heart is in the right place, but he wants more and more (federal) government, more taxes, more departments, etc. Paul is small government, Kucinich is not. Pass on that idea. I think the media is just trying to lump Paul in with him.

No more third party talk now though please. We have a primary coming up. I say we all focus on that.

Yeah, this really isn't the time to be discussing this. The media is trying to paint RP as being out of the race, and he's clearly not. We're rising in all the polls, and Dr. Paul is going to make a strong showing in all the early primary states, and then we'll see who's still talking about all this "3rd-party run" bs.

Still, despite some of his views, you could do a lot worse than Kucinich.

If i may note on the video where it says alex jones gets appointed head of fcc.

Ron Paul plans to get rid of the FCC. so, no fcc.

First, I'm pretty much 100% sure that Dr. Paul is a congressman, not a senator. Second, NO! Let's not talk about this yet. Keep your eye on the goal. Yes we should welcome various veiwpoints, and maybe we can have this discussion when Paul or Kucinich gets a nomination. Right now though let's work for getting Dr Paul nominated and not take the media's bait.

I personally would have a hard time voting for any ticket with Kucinich on it...

Tho only thing that mentioning Ron Paul in the same breath as Dennis Kucinich accomplishes is losing Dr. Paul votes. I wish people would stop doing it. Especially our own supporters.

It speaks to a much larger issue is that people really dont know what they are talking about, and what Dr. Paul really stands for.

Dr. Paul and Dennis have similar ideas on foreign policy, the similarities end right there.

Dennis might be honest and a decent guy but he is a socialist!!!!

NO WAY. I would NOT vote for Paul if he was teamed up with Dennis.

Yeah, I don't think that's going to be a problem though. Can everyone just calm down? Paul is running for the Republican nomination, not some 3rd-party ticket. So it's not going to happen. Can we let this thread sink now?

How about Lew Rockwell for VP?

Seriously, Kucinich is too socialist. It seems many supporters here don't get that.

well i wouldnt talk crap about 3rd party, because if the gop doesnt nominate ron paul ,my vote isnt going to either party.

you can hate it or not, i have high doubts that the gop is smart enuff to nominate Ron Paul.

I can tell you this my vote is for Ron Paul,if the gop is deaf dumb or blind thats not my problem. bye bye

Ron paul will run as a gop or a 3rd party candidate either way unlesss the gop nominates him, they will lose theelection before it begins.

im not for the kucinch ticket, but i can tell you this the gop is dead in the water without Ron paul

I dont think the thing with Kucinich is as bad as everyone here is saying. Ron Paul has said that he is good friends with dennis Kucinich, so it is possible, they might work together in some form.

You combine the two and you lose half of RPs base. Kucinich is a nut job moron who is against the second amendment, wants higher taxes for health care and has several other left wing fiscal ideas. He sucks and I would never vote for this twit.
