There's a lot to this situation. Is broad and contain many, many other outliers across the board. Until there is a place here to discuss technology/sciences and their relevance to legislation in scope then all that is news today is yesterday's news tomorrow. Relevance remains buried and change will continue to pass the sheep by as these processes that it is derived from in the correct context are ignored.

In fact, this is just another minimal aspect of the larger scheme of things. Things that have been applied delicately and gradually over time. Is unfortunate that it has had the luxury of remaining fragmented in discussion/scrutiny but not much you can do when it's by design that it remains that way.
