Yea, that is one possibility. I used to wonder why the DOJ did not prosecute the one black panther member scaring people at the polling station? he was detained and then released without any charges, but now am thinking he could be working for the FEDs. The original Black Panther which was created to defend black neigbourhoods from police and drug dealers has been destroyed by the FBI.

He wasn't going to get a trial at first, actually. He wasn't even arrested. The family had to fight to bring this to the media's attention and protest because their son was murdered and the killer wasn't being put on trial. Whether or not he was actually guilty of a crime and didn't act in self-defense is another story, and that's why we had a trial which the jury is currently deliberating over.
