Seen it when the Guardian published it on or around June 9. WaPo must be in denial or something.

I asked WaPo why they were withholding that particular slide, got no straight answer:

When the Guardian published it, they redacted the words "STORMBREW" and "OAKSTAR".

It is 9 slides published, out of 41 which WaPo and Guardian received.

22% published.

78% still covered up.

And of those 78% still covered up, recall Snowden's description: “I carefully evaluated every single document I disclosed to ensure that each was legitimately in the public interest.”

There may be legit reasons for the ongoing cover-up, conceivably, maybe; but if that's the case, WaPo and Guardian could do a much better job explaining to the public why the cover-up.
