Glad to hear he's safe, it sounded like the situation in Russia was starting to get a bit dicey.

I hope this is accurate, this would be wonderful information.

The only thing I don't get...WTH are they bothering with his Ex-GF's new BF? WTF! of all the people to interview on a story of this magnitude, we want to hear from the ex girlfriend's new boyfriend? Seriously? As if that guy is going to have anything NICE to say besides, "Traitor...I'm your GF's hero..." WTF. So lame.

Article from Sunday afternoon:
http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-202_162-57592567/russian-official-venezuela-is-snowdens-last-chance/

Venezuelan Foreign Minister Elias Jaua said Saturday that his country has not yet been in contact with Snowden, who Russian officials say has been stuck in the transit area of Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport since arriving on a flight from Hong Kong two weeks ago. Snowden has been unable to travel further because the United States annulled his passport.

Jaua said he expects to consult with Russian officials on Monday about Snowden's situation.

For Snowden to leave for South America, he would need for Venezuela to issue him travel documents and he would need to find a way to get there. The only direct commercial flight from Moscow goes to Havana, Cuba, and Snowden had booked a seat on this flight the day after arriving from Hong Kong, but failed to show up.
Of course it is now Monday. It takes about twelve hours to fly from Moscow to Caracas http://www.howmanyhours.com/flight_time/moscow/caracas.php so it is not likely he is there yet if they met on Monday and left today though that seems likely where he will be headed.

He quotes Al Jazeera but they have no such report on their website. http://www.aljazeera.com/news/americas/ Don't think story is based on any facts- just rumour.

It's Monday 12:45pm in Moscow monday, but usually they report LOCAL time, and it is 4AM Monday Caracas time, and this was released a while ago so it was still Sunday night....The timeline is a bit iffy.

Well, this video was released before this story broke, so it would seem there would be enough urgency to accept with a 24 hour deadline on Venezuela....

Here's the flight schedule:

Looks like they have flights 5 times a week going from Moscow to Havana, leaves 2pm (moscow) and arrives same day 6:45pm (cuba time) (you gain a day going that way).

It's originally from a parody news website.

http://superofficialnews.com/

The author likes to put "Paul Horner" in the news articles.

Example:
http://superofficialnews.com/local-man-stops-robbery-by-quoting-pulp-fiction/

AZ — A local man is a hero today after he single-handedly stopped a couple who were attempting to rob a coffee shop. His quick thinking saved the day according to restaurant manager Ted Barkins. “He just started quoting movie lines from Pulp Fiction. The robbers kind of went berserk and then they just left.” Local hero, Paul Horner, who thwarted the would-be robbers said, “It was really lucky that I had my wallet with me that said ‘bad motherf*cker’ on it. The robbers came around demanding everybody’s wallet and I just held it up, you know like how Samuel L. Jackson did in Pulp Fiction.”

http://superofficialnews.com/mcdonalds-announces-new-flying-mcliger-sandwich/

The flying liger is a hybrid between a lion, a tiger and a falcon explains McDonald’s breeding expert Paul Horner. “A flying liger is exactly the same as a regular liger except with wings and the ability to fly,” Horner said. “With over 1,500 calories per serving and 420 added ingredients, it’s gonna taste so good going down into your huge swollen gut.”

All flying ligers live in captivity at the Flying Liger Ranch in Houston, Texas which is owned by the McDonald’s Corporation. “Ligers are tough enough to breed, now just try to imagine getting one of those things to have sex with a falcon,” Horner said. “A lot of sweat and tears goes behind the making of every Flying McLiger sandwich, so eat up all you huge pieces of sh*t.” Horner continued, “Flying ligers enjoy swimming, flying and are extremely sociable. Women and men that have a lot of sweat on them, especially underneath their breast areas, will f*cking love slamming these things down one after another.”

superofficialnews.com/verizon-offering-new-nsa-anti-share-plan/

Verizona CEO President Paul Horner explained to reporters about the new plan. “At Verizon we understand your concerns when it comes to privacy and your phone calls being monitored. So starting July 1st we are pleased to offer customers our new ‘NSA Anti-Share Plan’. This cellphone plan comes with 128-bit encryption and is guaranteed to be effective against the F.B.I or NSA from listening in on your phone calls.”

Who ever it was, they were most likely trying to get a jump on what they expect to be the inevitable. Russia is giving him pressure to commit to the Venezuelan offer....
http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2013/07/07/venezuela-snowden/2497085/

MOSCOW (AP) — An influential Russian parliament member who often speaks for the Kremlin encouraged NSA leaker Edward Snowden on Sunday to accept Venezuela's offer of asylum.

Alexei Pushkov, who heads the international affairs committee in Russia's parliament, posted a message on Twitter saying: "Venezuela is waiting for an answer from Snowden. This, perhaps, is his last chance to receive political asylum."

And Venezuela put a 24 hour deadline on it's offer. I'd be surprised if he isn't already on a plane regardless of the legitimacy of the report. I don't imagine he would take a commercial flight under the circumstances. I'd think arrangements would be made for a private flight via the Venezuelan government.

You have much to learn. Women are monkey-branchers par excellence. There's no such thing as irreplaceable now-a-days. It seems in the past 20 years women have taken the upper hand in relationships, for the most part anyways. I'm surprised when an ex isn't in a relationship a few weeks later (and weeks is generous).

I wouldn't say that women have taken the upper hand,it goes both ways just a hell of a lot more often .In my opinion people today have become a lot more selfish and self absorbed,it is almost always me me me.

MUST READ & Be aware:‘Snowden In Venezuela’ Hoax Email Finds a Home on Social Media (http://assangistan.tumblr.com/post/54882276206/must-read-be-aware-snowden-in-venezuela-hoax-email)

via political blind spot
An email that was virally circulating earlier today claimed that Edward Snowden has safely landed in Venezuela. The report, sadly, is an outright lie.
Now, the email has found its way throughout the world of social networking, and at least one website has fallen for the hoax as real: ”The Al Jazeera news agency is reporting that NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden has safely landed in Venezuela. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro had offered asylum to Snowden on Friday who was believed to be waiting in transit at a Moscow airport.”
Naturally, this came as great interest to us at PoliticalBlindSpot.com. We have confirmed with Al-Jazeera contacts that wherever this hoax originated, it was not with their news agency.
Venezuela is offering “humanitarian asylum” to U.S. National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden, President Nicolás Maduro said Friday, suggesting his country could offer the leaker a way out of his apparent limbo in a Moscow airport but provided no details as to how it could happen. Snowden’s supporters still, unfortunately, wait for his response to Venezuela’s offer.

I think Snowden is still in Russia at this point. However, what I find more interesting is that the propaganda machines are definitely in place in the good ol' USA, and it's funny how so many commenters on various news sites are calling for his head now. It's ridiculous!

I wouldn't say that women have taken the upper hand,it goes both ways just a hell of a lot more often .In my opinion people today have become a lot more selfish and self absorbed,it is almost always me me me.

they do have the upper hand if you consider their expiration date of 35 years.. biology and evolution has dictated that they make the best of that 35 years so they peak before then as much as possible, using all that's capable out of the same genetic DNA material we all have. just from a simple common sense point of view, they do and they should have the upper hand when it's young male vs young female, neither having much material productivity to help sustain the race from a societal point of view.

it's dumb males' fault who buy into the equality nonsense and actually entertain having their sons being around other females of equal age in the first place. Guys need to be older, have a career, then marry younger females -after- they have resources, period. Women will -always- have the upper hand in an young age, because more resourceful men will be willing to take women under their protection, and some guys just can't compete with others, especially other more resourceful men. The gap only starts after career begins post-college. Women stop learning, men continue to build their careers into 30s, 40s, 50s, and gap becomes more and more obvious. and if they fail to develop that gap, their genes are eliminated, because sperms are an oversupply. Just some common sense of human evolution easily understandable from a supply/demand point of view. All you need is to observe the reproductive difference between male and female, and wonder why biology granted one single male essentially infinite ability to reproduce, versus female. The edge of evolution is supposed to be pushed by the hands of productive males and some portion of males will always be competed out of society, women are lagging indicators. This is why there will be a doomed difference in attitude and outlook of life between the two

but for all this talk, none of it affects upper class males still. Just lower and middle class males having these family courts and dumb issues with women.. What better evidence than that. and what happened to that billionaire with an asian woman hanging from his 2nd floor patio, after the accidental death of his son? Don't seem to hear much of it in the news anymore, for some reason. Thou shalt protest in the name of gender equality i say, until you are pushed so far down the ladder by other males who don't bother wasting time doing so, that is.
