war and emergency are analogous. We have lived all our lives under emergency rule. As a resident you are consenting to be the soldier in your own home. The third is so long gone it just as well be forgotten.

Yeah, this is what I thought after thinking about it as well.

Yeah, because Obama has totally kept all of his campaign promises so far. He's a man we can trust, amirite?:p

Nevermind the fact that even if he were, he still won't be in any position of power in 20 years.
