Staff at Winston Salem State U Claim the University Boosted African American Grades

Here’s how the grading scenario allegedly worked: Professors would purportedly submit their grades to the school and then the markings would be curved up by administrators. This was described as taking place, Campus Reform reports, “to take care of their African American students” and, as the outlet notes, to “raise the school’s standing.”

Documentation, which has not been made available online, was also reportedly given to reporter Oliver Darcy, who covered the story. It has not been published, as Campus Reform fears violating the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act if the names and grades of specific students are released.

One of the professors claims to have reported these issues internally, but says that it is unlikely that anything was done to curb the problem at WSSU. Another former educator also said that this wasn’t a one-time scenario and that the grading practice continues.

“All the faculty, white and black are very fearful to speak,” one of them said. “The department is run by fear and through retaliation. If you speak out you will be retaliated against.”

I wouldn't go that far, but these institutions are really doing a disservice to the individual in the long run. And this type of grade amplifying goes on in high school as well, which explains why you do have the odd chance of running into illiterate college graduates.

The "test" is almost incomprehensible and seems to be written that way on purpose.

The trick is that it did not say that the line had to go across from 2 to 5 hitting all 4 circles. So u can start the line below 2, passing 3, going above 4 and stopping at 5. Its not the hardest question in the world but the 10min time limit and every question with a trick will definitely make it hard for most regular people to pass.

And you cannot miss one question, that is mental.

Just to be clear, the reason BAllen became as flagrant as he did today is because he tried logging in his previous name and realized it now works. He was banned permanently on another name months ago but with the hacking or whatever happened bans were reset.

You'll notice his style. I've called him on it a few times.
