Mark Udall is one of the two senators that told America about the secret court ruling that found prism unconstitutional. He also made the nsa take down a fact sheet that that misrepresented their function.

i do not know that. i do know that he's gone head to head with the nsa at least twice since the snowden leak broke open, more so than anybody i can think of.
