This is a GREAT article and it shows why who the president is matters beyond just the Executive. If the GOP wins (specifically RP) then the GOP will control every (yes every) circuit court in the nation. A judicial grassroots Revolution?

The problem is that you have to wait until a judge retires to replace them.

The current President has been appointing judges who are young and (neo)conservative.
