Important thing for CNN controlled news is to keep pushing this small news as a major headline to distrct attention away from real big news that put Obama pupms in bad light. They is pretty clever.

Smh.

He should sue those assholes for undue stress.

I doubt anyone would try and steal his identity though.

His bank account is probably already drained.

So how do we get the same information about all of those people working at CNN and get it out there?

If there are riots when Zimmerman is acquitted (as is looking likely at this point), CNN should be held directly responsible for incitement.

Maybe. That would probably help his claim.

I am not sure of the exact methods people use but would imagine the damage would be limited. At least to the funds he has and especially if they were put on alert.

Some people could probably do a lot of harm with it no doubt. There are services that protect against identity theft. Because of CNN's stupidity he will probably need one. Wasn't there one where the founder posted his real SSN on a billboard because he was so sure of his service? I faintly remember his identity was eventually stolen even with the service and that none are guaranteed.

He should sue for damages.

Correction to thread title. CNN should always be referred to as "CNN state media" or "State media outlet CNN".

Makes for a great lawsuit against CNN by Zimmerman for releasing info for identity theft and location of his residence (if he is not at that location anymore, vigilantes can use the old address to track his new address via his SSN).

CNN knows he will be getting off, so they are doing everything they can punish him while they can. Zimmerman will still be sued by Martin's family in civil court. He may as well pay them off if they win with CNN's deep pockets.

This will seriously have a blowback at CNN.

And there's 400 replies on a thread on this very forum that shows how effective it is.

I'd be more concerned for the safety of anyone at that address than about identity theft. Not that identify theft is no big deal, but as AF said, the lynchmob is going to need an address.

Didn't someone tweet the wrong address for Zimmerman not long after the shoot occurred?
